Scam - Mats never even shipped

Cant rate the mats, because six days after my placing an order, they havent shipped, despite the website promising that orders placed before 4pm are shipped same day. No customer service to check status.

Zero. Just a useless chatbot and a generic email that nobody responds to.

Found a customer service phone number, but its an endless VM loop, with no way to contact a person or even get information about the order. Ill have to dispute charge via credit card.

I paid for the mats 16 days ago, and as of 02-07-26 they never showed up. Mats are 'stuck' in FedEx system 25 minutes by car from me, for past 10 days, and after 10 minute call from a FedEx Claim Manager, she couldn't do any thing about it.
I emailed Tuxmat for HELP multiple times over 4 past business days, because they have ZERO phone support, and never heard back from Tuxmat.

Only boilerplate AI auto generated email responses. Their website AI agent is absolutely the worst at providing genuine Human HELP.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
BEWARE. Filed Dispute Chargeback with my Bank.

They are very slow to respond to a request. I have not used any of their products yet but plan on ordering soon.
